DentalTx provides private emergency dental assessment and treatment. Booking does not guarantee that a particular treatment or prescription will be clinically appropriate. The treating dentist will assess you, discuss appropriate options, material risks, benefits, alternatives and costs, and obtain consent before treatment. The online booking fee is the amount shown at the time of booking and is non-refundable, including if you do not attend your appointment. If you miss your appointment and later want another appointment, a new booking must be made and a new booking fee paid. If you remain committed to attending but need to change the appointment date or time, contact DentalTx before the appointment so the existing booking may be rescheduled where appropriate; when DentalTx reschedules the existing appointment, the original booking fee is retained against that appointment. Additional treatment charges are shown on the website and will be explained before treatment. Emergency open-access treatment is an interim procedure only. Where provided, it may include access, pulpal tissue removal/debridement as clinically appropriate, irrigation, intracanal medicament where indicated and a temporary dressing. It is not completed root canal treatment. You will be advised to arrange definitive root canal treatment or other appropriate care with your own dentist/endodontic provider. Prescriptions are issued only when the dentist considers them clinically appropriate after an adequate assessment. Antibiotics are not guaranteed and are not a substitute for operative dental treatment where that is required. DentalTx may decline treatment, prescribe, refer, or advise urgent NHS/medical care where clinically appropriate. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable UK law. This development copy must be reviewed and completed with final business, cancellation and contact details before live patient use.
